120 gr of cooked pappardelle pasta, drained
1 tbsp of oil
70 gr of beef mince
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsp of pesto calabrese
Top with:
Fresh basil
Black pepper
Parsley

Instructions:
Add oil and start by frying the minced beef in a hot pan.

Season with salt and black pepper and cook for a few minutes. ⏱️

Now add in the pesto calabrese and the cooked pasta.

Mix for 2 more minutes and
top it with basil, black pepper and parmesan. Ready to serve!
