Nduja is a typical Calabrian spicy spreadable salami. Simply made using minced pork meat, chilli peppers, salt and olive oil. A traditional recipe, without additives, preservatives or colourants.
The fiery and rich taste make ‘Nduja perfect as a spread on bread but also an incredibly versatile ingredient that can be added to soups, stirred through pasta or used as a pizza topping.
It is ready to eat! Just spread it on a warm piece of rustic bread with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, on a toast, on a cracker or added into pasta.
Pork fat 42%, pork meat 30%, Calabrian chilli 25%, olive oil, salt
Once opened keep refrigerated and topped with oil up to 30 days.
It’s delicious and can be eaten in so many different ways! on pizza, on fried eggs, on a baked potato, stirred into pasta… The kids absolutely love it 🙂
